Prices are subject to change. Promotional items state the price and duration and such prices only apply at the time of the promotion. All prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges except otherwise stated.

Universalgadgets will try to ensure that prices on the web site are accurate at all times; we are not responsible for pricing errors. If we find out there has been an error on any of our prices after you have placed your order, you will be fully notified and be given an option of cancelling your order or placing it again. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT

You are responsible for your order once it arrives at the address you have supplied. Damaged goods must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt. Items that arrive faulty must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of receipt.

We are not responsible for delivery address errors. Orders placed with the wrong delivery address will not be resent. We advise customers to check their delivery details carefully before Order Checkout. We do not acknowledge order delivery notes authorising delivery to anywhere other than the address you provided at time of payment.

Your Security is our paramount concern. Your personal Data will not be disclosed to third parties. Your credit card details will always be sent over a secure network. We do not use any information given for marketing purposes.
